You may use BabyKick Track Pro to record fetal movement sessions, contraction timing, maternal notes, and exportable appointment summaries for your own personal recordkeeping. Do not use the site to delay emergency care, diagnose fetal wellbeing, provide clinical instructions to another person, reverse engineer the service, interfere with site operation, or upload malicious code through any contact channel.

2. Local Records & Your Responsibility

The tool stores journal entries in your browser when supported. You are responsible for exporting, backing up, deleting, or sharing those records. We cannot recover records that are cleared from your device or browser.

3. Intellectual Property

The BabyKick Track Pro name, site design, educational organization, written content, interface patterns, and original code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clinical terms such as Cardiff protocol, kick counts, ACOG, NHS, and OB-GYN are used descriptively and do not imply endorsement.

4. Comprehensive Medical Disclaimer

BabyKick Track Pro is a non-diagnostic tracking journal and is not a medical device. It does not measure fetal heart rate, oxygenation, uterine activity, fetal wellbeing, labor progression, or any clinical outcome. It cannot determine whether a pregnancy is healthy, whether labor is active, or whether urgent care is needed. Always follow instructions from your OB-GYN, midwife, maternity unit, or emergency care team. If fetal movement is reduced, absent, or significantly different from your usual pattern, or if you have bleeding, fluid leakage, severe pain, preterm labor symptoms, or any urgent concern, seek professional medical guidance immediately.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided as-is for education and personal organization. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, clinical accuracy for your individual pregnancy, or preservation of local browser records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BabyKick Track Pro is not liable for decisions made based on use or inability to use the site.
