Privacy Policy
Health privacy by design, local storage by default.
No pregnancy dates, fetal kick records, contraction logs, or personal health notes are ever transmitted, stored, or processed on our servers. BabyKick Track Pro is designed as a browser-only maternal journal. Tool data remains on the device and browser where it is entered unless you choose to copy, download, print, or otherwise share it.

Strict 100% Client-Side Statement
Kick counts, timestamps, contraction duration, contraction intervals, intensity values, notes, and generated OB-GYN summaries are processed in your browser. Local history uses browser LocalStorage. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, switching devices, or changing browsers may remove or hide those records.
Google AdSense, DoubleClick Cookies & Advertising
If advertising is enabled on babykicktrack.com, Google and its partners may use cookies, including DoubleClick cookies, to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repetition, and personalize advertising where permitted by law and your consent settings. These advertising technologies are separate from the fetal movement journal engine and should not receive the local kick or contraction records created by the tool.
Under GDPR and similar privacy laws, visitors in applicable regions may be shown a consent prompt for non-essential cookies. Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents may have rights related to access, deletion, correction, and opting out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell local fetal movement records because the tool does not transmit those records to us.
HIPAA & Health Privacy
BabyKick Track Pro is a consumer wellness and personal recordkeeping website, not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or business associate. The service is not intended to create a HIPAA-covered electronic health record. Because tracking entries remain in local device storage, you control whether to share them with your clinician.
